It is the aristocratic neoclassical aesthetics, the simplicity, the harmonious and symmetrical layout, and the clarity of the details, that make the "Aristocratic Space with Long Bar" a space, available from book presentations to wedding receptions. Part of a historic neoclassical house of the early 20th century, preserves the atmosphere and elements of the neoclassical layout and aesthetics with some modernizing touches. Our salumeria and the long bar that runs along the rooms of the Space, guarantee you unique culinary experiences.
Design and Practicality
The design and aesthetics of the Space follow the neoclassical style, with the refined decoration, the symmetry, the balanced and harmonious distribution of the furniture. Clean proportions and lines, laconic forms and simple geometric design are applied. The quality of materials used in the decoration, the vintage carpets, the chrome-plated surfaces, the warm bronzes together with the soft light pastel gray-blue shades, the brightness of the space, compose a stately and welcoming space. The exuberant presence of mirrors, the statement chandelier with the crystal glasses that create impressive patterns on the walls through subtle light shadows, contribute to the impression as well as the feeling of spaciousness and aesthetic pleasure. It is the epitome of elegance and timelessness, which implies flexibility and multiplicity of uses.
For Events & Meetings The "Aristocratic Space with Long Bar" is available for reservations with a minimum number of guests of 20 people. It has the ergonomic elements that ensure that whichever the event, it will be functional and you won't worry about whether or not your guests' experience is pleasant. The long bar prevents the creation of overcrowding situations (since it essentially allows access to the bar from three separate points) resulting in fast service even in conditions of high attendance.
The lighting projected to the statement chandelier with the crystal glasses can be set as colorful, saturating the entire space with colors. A unique atmosphere is thus created which is suitable for party type events.
Due to the fact that the Space is located on a floor, with its own toilets, it can function as a completely private - not accessible to uninvited guests - space which has a reception at the entrance (with coat hangers). It also has a balcony, and there is no need for your smoking guests to leave the event, while at the same time ensuring a clean indoor atmosphere.
🍽️ We aim to offer high quality culinary options and we attend to both the preparation of our dishes as well as the provided service. In our menu you will find unique tasty suggestions of international cuisine which we prepare with local raw materials and with a special emphasis on the Mediterranean diet (also catering for vegans). In addition to the rich - in taste and choices- restaurant menu, we also have a menu with street food dishes such as burgers, pizzas, fine combinations - varieties and a list of brunch dishes and desserts.
Accordingly, our beverage menu is designed to satisfy every need or mood including hot and cold beverages. In addition to a wide variety of beers - we exclusively have the lager beer "Maria Teresa" with its own barrel which helps to bridge the taste with the history of the place and we strongly recommend that you choose it for your event. You will also find countless wine labels as well as a special series that we developed in collaboration with the Vaeni Winery at the foot of Vermio Mountains where each letter of the greek word 'Epavli' (i.e. ΜANSION) corresponds to a bottle or glass of selected and enjoyable wine. Finally, you will also find imaginative Mediterranean cocktails, among which are also Greek suggestions included.

For Productions The "Aristocratic Space with Long Bar" is suitable for content productions such as model photoshoots or for shooting needs against a backdrop of a neoclassical-historical character. Its rooms are bright but there is the possibility of controlling the natural lighting with the curtains and blinds on the windows allowing partial or complete blackout respectively, per room separately.
