Here you will find the desired warmth, spaciousness, complete privacy, plus the appropriate equipment to enjoy your festive moments carefree, whether you are organising family and other type of gatherings or more demanding types of activities such as corporate events.
Design and Practicality
Wandering down a paved path through welcoming trees while surrounded by a feast of shades of blue, just minutes away from the urban fabric of the city, is an ideal prelude to a promising event. The living room, with its abundant action space, the well-made and vintage furniture, the "waters" that are imprinted on the marble floor creating movement in the space but also the modern touches and comforts, make the Space both aesthetically perfect and functional.
Organisers of family gatherings have the opportunity to offer your loved ones the traditional BBQ and the kids amenities (e.g. board games) that will keep them busy and happy during your event. The possibility of staying in individually decorated rooms that are intended to accommodate both adults and children offer a significant relief and in addition they will be able to enjoy the stunning view during the morning hours.
For Events & Meetings The "Traditional Mansion with a Garden and a View" is an ideal Space for celebrations and gatherings of a maximum of 25 guests until the common quiet time where restrictions as set out in the section with the 'Rules' defining your tenancy begin to apply. It is preferred by organisers of gatherings (mainly bachelor and kids) and social events (weddings, christenings) as the openness and the surrounding nature offer calmness and mental upliftment.
*Note*
1. At the entrance of the house on the street there is ample public space for parking vehicles (with a capacity of approximately 15 cars). Also, it is a 4-minute walk from a bus stop
2. It has a very strong WiFi signal (100 Mbps line)
3. For the provision of charcoal (BBQ grill) there is an additional charge of €15 for 10 kg

5. Pets are welcome, provided they do not climb on sofas & beds
6. For staying indoors after 22:30 or / and accommodation maximum accepted number is: 10 guests (10 people in double beds per 2 people)
7. Number of tables provided: 4
8. In addition to the provision of an espresso machine, a French coffee machine and a tea kettle, pots and pans as well as ingredients for Greek coffees are also provided
9. There is the possibility for a total reservation (this and of the other Space) with an additional cost + 80€. In this case the maximum number for accommodation is 24 people
For Productions The "Traditional Mansion with a Garden and a View" is 'multi-complex', full of scenographic corners that will allow you to give variety to your shots. Ideal for film shoots, music videos, wedding photo shoots. Especially the panoramic terrace overlooking the Thermaic Gulf is suitable for creative use in your productions.
