The "Ballroom with Fiery “Temperament”, is a genuine ballroom (a room for organizing dance events) with a high standard dance floor (anti-vibration) and Belle Époque aesthetics, which brings out the most seductive and daring tango culture, which is based on the search for communication and connection between people. The layout and aesthetics of the Space are such that it allows hosting a wider range of dance genres as it has artistry, expressiveness, and sensuality, elements that concern all types of dance.
Design and Practicality
The aesthetics of the Space revive the Parisian Belle Époque with a particular direction towards the aesthetic style of Art Nouveau. The wooden dance floor is at the centre of the room, inviting and challenging the attendees to move to the main and central action of the event. The seats frame the defined dance floor in a clear geometric 'U' fashion - allowing all your guests an unobstructed view of the dance floor, large stately mirrors adorn the walls majestically, the painting of the pianist and the femme fatale reveal the romantic identity of the Space, the colors are intense, in shades of burgundy and purple, symbolising dynamism, luxury and passion, and the lighting enhances even more the surrounding atmospheric sensuality.
For Events & Meetings The Space is suitable for organising all kinds of activities: corporate events (such as corporate gatherings - parties, fashion shows, fundraising events, product launches / presentations, product exhibitions), social events (such as wedding receptions, christenings receptions, funerals receptions, recitals, anniversaries, graduations) and parties (e.g. birthdays, concerts, festivals). Due to its technical specifications it is particularly ideal for festive types of activities where dance is a central element.
The Space is offered with a projector for projecting video material or for presentations, appropriate sound components (console, amplifier, mixer), photorhythmic lighting, and a technologically advanced (heavy powered) mechanical ventilation so that the atmosphere of the Space remains clean in any case and regardless of the number of people attending your activity.
We have a long history of hosting dance events and we regularly organise milongas evenings (i.e. exclusively dedicated to dances of tango, latin swing). Upon request and with an additional charge, we can bring a group of dancers for your event (spectacle) or include a dance lesson.
We do not limit the use of the Space only to events, it is also available for any meeting activity: group meetings, seminars, teaching courses, conferences, etc.
*Note*
1. There is loud sound system installed that covers for the maximum number of guests allowed
2. We offer only light menu (mainly options accompanying the beverages provided) but you can request to book with the option to Bring Your Own food & beverages.
3. We allow the sale of services by the organisers and a receipt can be issued through our own VAT registred number for the sale of products (eg beverages).
4. If there is regularity in your activity (e.g. every certain day of the month) the Space could be hired at a discounted rate.
5. If you intend to request to book with the charge per person selected, have in mind that for an event with an attendance of more than 60-70 people, we could also offer the 2nd drink in the price (make sure to mention that offer in your request).
For Productions We have to admit that the atmospheric aesthetics of the Space have attracted the interest of content creators who often send us booking requests for the purpose of organising photo or video productions. You can see an example of its utilization by the musical group Les Au Revoir for the production needs of their music video clip.

1. For music production activities (such as recording, rehearsal, etc.) we do not offer specialized audio equipment and you should Bring Your Own.
