The Space is available for family gatherings, parties, receptions, team off-sites and is properly prepared to meet the needs of crowded events in winter and summer.

Design and Practicality

Every corner of the "Detached House with Concert Basement and Garden" is designed with care and respect for your needs. The spacious living room is ideal for family gatherings as well as for birthday parties and the video gamer among your guests will have the opportunity to indulge in endless virtual "battles" on the playstation. The fully equipped kitchen is the right place to experiment with DIY recipes for drinks and dishes. The underground basement (220 m2) is the most suitable space for concerts - festivals or for multi-day workshops where, as organisers, you will have the possibility to spend the night as long as they last, saving money on transportation and protecting your equipment at the same time. The large garden is suitable for open events.

For Events & Meetings The Space is suitable for any type of event (corporate, special occasions, parties, group meetings, workshops, skills classes) with the most ideal activities being celebrations (e.g. birthdays, graduations, bachelor parties), special occassions (ex. weddings, baptisms) and gatherings in general.

*Note*

1. Within the (fenced) property there is parking for 80 vehicles (check it from the 3d tour)

2. Upon request and for an additional fee, anything requested can be provided (DJ service, equipment, etc.)

For Productions The "Detached House with Concert Basement & Garden" can be used to present various lifestyle scenes such as family gatherings, cooking in the kitchen or on the barbecue grill, or gardening scenes in the backyard. The large concert-grade basement / garage can also be used as a workshop for creating objects or as a studio for filming scenes that require a workshop such as music videos or DIY workshops of corresponding specifications.
