Identity / Potentials
The “Small Ground Floor Exhibition Space” is a "tabula rasa" Space, a canvas of inspiration and creativity, literally and figuratively open to ideas, artistic concerns, and experimentation. It functions as an exposed exhibition space, transparent, with constant "communication" and "conversation" to the surrounding urban landscape and those who pass through it.
Design and Practicality
The shape of the “Small Ground Floor Exhibition Space” is cuboidal, a fact that refers to a bauhaus, industrial style where the walls and irons in gray shades set the main frame of the aesthetic action. It is a decoratively elemental space, malleable, receptive to interventions, depending on the form given to it by the respective creator. The facade of the Space along its entire length is covered by a glass, which facilitates the communication of the exhibits to the public who prefers to be outside in the pedestrianized and predominantly busy commercial street.
For Events & Meetings The "Small Ground Floor Exhibition Space" is ideal for art exhibitions (e.g. presentation of visual works, installations or videos), business meetings and interviews; it can also be used as a space for elegant festivals (which can be extended to the pedestrian street), an audition, for a presentation of any type of events (eg a pop up event with whatever theme you are inspired) or for a trade show (eg apparel products).
We have experience in hosting pop up events. We recently curated and hosted the experiential presentation of the artistic book "Sunday Cook (Book)" for the needs of which a makeshift kitchen was set up where culinary samples of the book's recipes were presented, prepared and given to the attendees. A special experiential setting that narrated the conception, the preparation and the result of the union of different tasting ingredients to its visitors.
The Space is mainly kept empty so that the organiser can use it as he wishes. There is plenty of props in our storage area to help you with options to set up your event according to your preferences.
*Note*:
1. Upon request and consultation, with an additional financial charge, we can provide F&B (food and beverages) through our external collaborator - but you can Bring Your Own.
2. Upon request and agreement and with an additional financial charge, we could take over the entire design of your presentation (set-up) as well as the design and printing of its promotional material (flyers, posters, etc.).
3. Basic audio equipment is provided (a small bluetooth speaker).
For Productions The Space is available for fashion, product, portrait and apparel photo shoots. Its neutral character aims to give space to your own creative flair - so you can give it the style you desire through your production.
