The "Outdoor Space Decorated with “Street Art”" resembles a hangout in a Brazilian favela in its most glam version. It is bright, urban, with funky elements, dynamism and statement street art to decorate it. It has low moody lighting, a view of the busy city centre, surrounded by commercial buildings of the city in the bauhaus style and with the '20s styled theme of the interior Space of the Venue standing as a dominant background. It can host a wide range of events from professional meetings to video productions managing to maintain a youthful but at the same time retro aesthetic style that embraces the surrounding environment of the Space.
Design and Practicality
The "Outdoor Space Decorated with "Street Art" is characterized by urban aesthetic mixed with the contemporary, the modern and the industrial. With lively, intense colors and street art illustrations, with furniture that connects the cozy (wooden tables) with the innovative (metal barrels), the Space is suitable for events of various aesthetic preferences where dynamism and passion for impactful ideas are at the epicentre. Located in the heart of the city with commercial buildings and historic sites with a long history surrounding it, stands as an ideal location for productions with architectural and historical interest.
For Events & Meetings The "Outdoor Space Decorated with “Street Art” is available for organising -ideally- parties (birthdays, celebrations, cocktail parties), but can also be used for other activities such as corporate events (business networking events, fashion shows, corporate parties) as well as special occasions (ideally graduations, but also wedding receptions, christening receptions, galas, performances or recitals). We are also open to booking requests for meeting-type activities (eg group meetings, dinners, team off-sites).
The Space has been used by organisers for festivals and birthday parties before. Over time it has proven to be a place of not only entertaining purposes but also for meaningful discussions/reflections as it manages to blend different trends of design elements.
It is bright during the day with the possibility of extending the awnings that protect it in all weather conditions and atmospheric at night (make sure to check out the virtual tour). In the winter season, heaters ensure the comfort of its guests.
We have a huge variety of drinks in our list. We serve coffee brewed on the embers (with donuts) and our dishes meet restaurant quality standards.
*Note*
1. For the winter months, reservation requests for the entire Space (may) also concern the street alley, while in the summer months they will concern only the pedestrian street with the graffiti (the alley will be used to serve our clients).
2. Loud music is allowed until 1:00 am.
3. We could bring the DJ for your activity, for an additional fee of €40 - €50 (VAT included).
For Productions The "Outdoor Space Decorated with “Street Art” is the ideal setting for music video clips or promotional video productions. For fashion or portrait shoots. Colors, contrasts, architectural features, urban landscape, artistic prevalence, exotic influences and its alternating personality (morning vs. evening).. are all part of its back quiver and are being offered as "arrows" to point your focus on.
