The "Welcoming Space with an Open Kitchen" is an urban contemporary option with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, designed as a flexible space with the vision to host both social and business events. It combines both the formality and luxurious feel that corporate events or business meetings usually require and the relaxing and more carefree atmosphere that organisers of parties or of special occasions are looking for. Its spaciousness, the abundance of layout options as well as the special and noticeable aesthetic interventions and touches, make it an ideal photographic and video-graphic setting.
The "Welcoming Space with an Open Kitchen" is characterised by an urban contemporary aesthetic with boho touches and above all by the warm and homely atmosphere that results from the dominance of wood, the biophilic mood, the warm lighting and the cozy velvet textures of the sofas. The virtual fireplace creates the feeling of a hearth around where relaxed and carefree conversations are framed in the context of a chill out party up to the emergence of creative innovative ideas in the context of business meetings. The existence of the open and fully functional kitchen promises an unforgettable experience of hosting your guests.
For Events & Meetings The Space has hosted a variety of events from corporate events (such as brand activation, product launches, corporate parties, product exhibitions), special occasions (such as wedding receptions, christening and funeral receptions, graduation ceremonies, galas) and party activity types (eg. cocktail parties, birthdays, kids parties, bachelor, graduations). Due to the equipment provided, within its hire (e.g. projector, projection screens, serving items) and the flexibility in its layout, the Space is also preferred for remote company meetings (team building / team off-sites), dinners, seminars, educational workshops, castings of well-known reality games as well and for lectures and presentations.
A free parking space with a capacity of 10-12 parking slots is available near the Space. Fireworks can (only) be set off there.
*Note*
1. A necessary condition for the use of the Space is that the guests attending, including the organiser, must be at least twenty-three (23) years of age. The only exceptions to the rule are kids parties / christenings receptions etc where children attend under the supervision of their parents.
2. The listed fee applies to activities of up to 25 people. For more people (up to 40), proceed to the (free) booking request and there will be an agreement because the charge varies depending on the day and the desired time shift.
3. The hire is divided into two shifts and can concern either the morning or the afternoon shift as shown in the charges section.
4. The sound system has karaoke capability (microphone included in the hire) and connects remotely via Bluetooth. You are not allowed to Bring Your Own speakers.
5. A ping pong table can be set up for an additional charge of +€35, and hookahs (2) can be arranged for an additional charge of +€40
For Productions Every part of the Space is designed and lit in such a way as to make a statement, standing as a photographic corner ready to be used properly even by the most demanding photographer or director. Music video clips, commercial productions and fashion shoots have been hosted.
