The “Spacious Outdoor with Show Stage”, is the epitome of countrycore, the raw, the remote, the landscaping of the connection with nature, the simplicity and beauty of slow living and the unpretentious and effortless pleasure of being “present” within the natural environment. The goal is to avoid tangible luxury and reinforce contact with the nature, the upliftment of the soul, the freedom of the spirit. We want the Space to be established as a place of culture, for festivals. The action scene is shaped in such a way as to encourage communication around a primitive type hearth, where people interact, connect, generate ideas and mobilize their imaginations throughout history time. The Space is ideally suited for festivals and celebrations in general, for wedding or fashion photography, film productions or music video clips as the landscape is a "multi-prism" photographic backdrop, but also for team off-sites especially for collaborative groups of people who will appreciate and be inspired by such an environment.
Design and Practicality
The "Spacious Outdoor with Show Stage" has been designed in such a way as to evoke what nature represents, namely simplicity, self-sufficiency and personal freedom. It is a Space spacious, open, guided aesthetically and functionally by the natural landscape itself with rustic textures, traditional wooden fencing, abundant olive trees, abstract vintage, nostalgic decorative touches, wooden compositions with a structure (grill swing) and a central stage, ready to accommodate creators of the performing arts who wish to entertain and connect with their audience.
For Events & Meetings The Space is available for staging any type of event. Its ideal uses would be trade fairs, corporate parties, fashion shows, wedding receptions, christening receptions, funeral receptions, galas, shows, festivals, concerts, bachelor parties and children's parties. Most ideal activities would also be team off-sites, castings, auditions, seminars, conferences, presentations, dance classes, yoga and therapy sessions.
It has 150-parking slots (check the virtual tour), a mobile grill, an elevated stage that can be lowered, balconies with an unobstructed view of the courtyard (with a capacity of about 20 people), it is fence protected and has 2 entrances. It is located 1.5 kilometers from the baths of Lagada and only 500 meters from the house where Kemal Atatürk lived from the age of 6-14.

2. Αvailable for accommodation is: one room for 2 people at €60 / night and one suite for 2 people (with its own bathroom) at €80 / night.
3. By prior agreement, sound and additional lighting can be provided, there is the possibility of renting a projector for screenings and we can bring a grill at +€20 / hour (VAT included).
4. For the party types of activities, we can bring a magician (+€110 / hour, VAT included), pantomime actor (+€120 / hour, VAT included), facepainting partner (+€80 / hour, VAT included).
5. Upon request, food and drinks can be provided by us for an additional fee.
6. Upon request, projection equipment (projector, projection screen) can be rented for an additional fee.
For Productions The "Spacious Outdoor Show Stage" is available for any type of content creation activity (except recording and sound editing). It is the ideal location for shooting a TV series, movie or documentary, for a wedding photography in the heart of nature, in a historic location and with a view of the country house and the city on the horizon.
