Identity / Potentials
The "Multilevel Art Space" is an - artistically and culturally - active Space with numerous use cases in its history, such as visual exhibitions (painting, sculpture, photography), presentations of records, books and magazines. It is a hotbed of fermentation and a pole of attraction for creators, art lovers, people who deal with the public and intellectuals. Our systematic contact with these Organiser communities helps to ensure high quality services as we listen and actively participate in the artistic and cultural development of Thessaloniki.
Design & Practicality
The "Multi-level Art Space" has a ground floor and a basement space with a functional layout, dominated by a monochromatic palette, clean lines, abstraction and freedom from redundancy or other decorative distractions, as well as the natural beauty of materials such as exposed bricks and the wooden effect of the floor. The influence of the industrial style is evident in the metal surfaces and in the choice of basement tiles. Special care in the lighting of the Space is favorable as it is a specialized in the presentation of works of art, where the various lighting sources give depth, textures, interpretation and encourage communication and shaping the environment according to the occasion.
For Events & Meetings The ideal uses of the "Multi-Level Art Space" are activities that fall under the category of meetings, e.g. group meetings, business meetings, hearings, presentations, seminars, workshops, lectures. For the events activities, it is available for corporate events (such as corporate party, fashion show, business networking or most ideally for a press conference), for anniversary, recital, for various types of parties (eg cocktail party, graduation, birthday, kid's party).
As seating equipment we have in our storeroom 28 chairs and 2-3 tables. For a coffee maker we have a Nespresso capsule machine (see our virtual tour, the kitchenette). There are also serving items and sound equipment. Projections to be made on its white walls (ideally at the bottom).
*Note*
1. Upon request and further communication, we could bring in an external collaborator - catering or anything else requested.
2, Loud music is allowed but not during common quiet hours.
3. Live music (eg recital) is allowed without the use of microphones. We hosted a small concert in the past as well as other events in the lower area of the Space and the microphone installation was not needed because it had very good acoustics.
4, While the gallery is in public operation , any changes to the decoration are prohibited.
For Productions "Multi-Level Art Space" is available for any type of content creation production except commercial photography and music type of production activities.
