It is ideal for party organisers looking for the warmth of traditional and the functionality of modern decor. Especially suitable for kids' parties, the spacious garden will be the perfect scene for action and enjoyment of the little participants. Also, the Space is ideally recommended for family gatherings, centered around the fireplace. Finally, the vineyard conjures up nostalgic images of the picturesque countryside for those organisers who wish to experience moments from the village but cannot afford to travel too far from the city.
Design and Practicality
The manicured green garden, the stone-built path leading to the Space, the landscaped nook and under the closed sense of openness that one feels in the outside of the Space are enough elements to be considered as fulfilling the requirements to be enriched with success the collection of your experiences and memories. In the interior part of the Space, the luxury of the marble in a warm shade host you to a welcoming elegant setting with a picturesque fireplace, with a simple contemporary decoration that combines vintage elements in the furniture and a highly functional and equipped kitchen. Party or meeting organisers have at their disposal a comfortable, flexible environment to shape according to their vision and "director's eye".
For Events & Meetings The "Warm Home Corner with Garden" is a Space for celebrations and gatherings of a maximum of 40 people until common quiet time where restrictions as set forth in the "Rules" -listing section- of your hire begin to apply. It is preferred by party organisers (mainly bachelor and kids' parties) as the openness and surrounding nature offer calmness and mental resurrection.
*Note*
1. At the entrance of the house on the street there is ample public space for parking vehicles (with a capacity of approximately 15 cars). Also, it is a 4-minute walk from a bus stop
2. It has a very strong WiFi signal (50 Mbps line that will be soon extended to 100 Mbps)
3. The use of the BBQ grill is possible upon request and further communication (for the provision of charcoal there is an additional charge of 15€ for 10 kg)
4. Semi-professional speaker provided
5. Pets are welcomed, provided they do not get on the couch & the bed
6. Children's board games are provided for events attended by kids
7. For staying indoors after 22:30 or/and accommodation maximum accepted number is: 7 guests (2 people on the double bed, 2 people on the sofa bed in the living room and three people on the single bunk beds placed in the living room)
8. Number of tables provided: 2 without request + 1 upon request
9. In addition to the provision of an espresso machine, a French coffee machine and a tea kettle, pots and pans as well as ingredients for Greek coffees are also provided
