The "Industrial Space on a Commercial Street" has always been a place of expression - aesthetic, artistic - as it has historically been a popular hangout for distinguished artists. It is part of a neoclassical building, which has been used in the past as a workshop and dining area, overlooking a commercial street, in an area bustling with university students and new ideas. Without any volume restrictions it is a Space ideal for parties (graduation, birthday).
Design and Practicality
The "Industrial Space on a Commercial Street" juxtaposes the grandeur of the neoclassical with the abstraction and openness of the industrial style. The industrial, durable floor is ideal for dance activity, an essential component of a party. The bar is functional, well proportioned to the rest of the Space's layout, the metal, carved staircase adds elegance and a vintage touch to its atmosphere, and the large transparent windows visually expand the space and its limits. The elevated loft is the DJ's preeminent field of action, rightfully in a prominent position as he/she holds the reins of entertaining the attendees. Its color palette is neutral as the lighting is the protagonist of the setting, with the possibility of colorful, ghostly effects that will captivate your guests.
For Events & Meetings The Space is ideal for party type of activities (corporate, birthday, graduation), for pop up events, for art exhibitions, for trade shows / bazaars. Its communication with the commercial street is a great asset as there can be a connection with the external environment. 60-70 people can spread out there as all the adjacent areas are closed shops / without a facade.

2. It is equipped with fans, 2 triple sofas and 2 armchairs, 2 party lamps, 2 grills (electric and charcoal)
2. For the party type activities the side door will be locked so as not to obstruct the entrance to the Bit Bazaar shops
3. A microphone with a speaker for karaoke is available for an additional fee (at +€50)
For Productions As a pure industrial space ideal uses for activities are for example fashion shoot with urban stimuli, thematic captures of industrial products (eg tools, raw materials), music video clips of edgy - moody (in)tensions, podcasts (for which equipment available), documentaries.
