The “Multi-use Space with Equipment” is a Space that embraces creative initiatives, restless spirits, innovative ideas that shape the tomorrow and our daily lives, community centered gatherings that seek to awaken and inform the wider public. In our Space you will find what you are looking for to train, present, create or simply celebrate.
Design and Practicality
The Space has a flexible layout allowing for a variety of seating arrangements depending on the settings of the event, its color palette of white and dark green offers a soothing feel and the large windows allow natural light to flow in effortlessly. The technical specifications available both in terms of lighting equipment and in terms of audio-visual and presentation media (projector, projection screen) perfectly meet the needs of any activity requirements, governed by quality standards.
For Events & Meetings The "Multi-use Space with Equipment" is available for staging any corporate event, special occasions (graduation ceremonies, award ceremonies, art exhibitions, performances, recitals) and all kinds of parties. Activities in the category of meetings such as presentations (of books), interviews, auditions, seminars, workshops, training sessions, dance lessons, yoga, therapeutic sessions, which are frequent asks of the Space, are all ideal use cases.
*Note*
1. If you bring an invoice, the charge for the day can drop to 250 euros (from 300 euros)
2. The use of the projector is limited to be used for meetings / presentations activities only (it unavailable for parties)
3. You can Bring Your Own food only. Any feature you can get from our bar (ground floor) at take-away prices.
4. The audio equipment provided in the price refers to the speakers (self-amplified). You will have to Bring Your Own console and if you intend to Bring Your Own DJ you will have to factor in the -additional- cost of having him hired.
5. Paid services: a) microphones will be charged at €25 each (VAT inclusive), b) if we have to bring the DJ for your event - will incur an additional fee of €50 (VAT inclusive)
6. Payment is in cash only
For Productions The "Multipurpose Room with Equipment" is available for any type of content creation activity (photo or video production) except for music productions - such as music video clips and sound recordings. However, rehearsals can take place.
