Design and Practicality
The Space is particularly interesting aesthetically and decoratively, as it is characterized by a bold style of decoration, which not many spaces of the same category dare, the eclectic hybrid style. Initially, the entrance to the ground floor of the building is made by a central dominating marble staircase. Then follows a waiting area (anteroom), which constitutes an important functional element of the Space for any activity as it emotionally and aesthetically prepares the participant to enter into the main area. What you will notice upon entering the main space is a picture frame prominently placed above the door threshold, a photograph of the family that resided in this warm mansion. We have kept intact parts of the mansion, such as the library and some antique furniture.
Focusing on and inspired by its roots and history, the Space is decorated with many vintage items - heirlooms, such as picture frames, photo frames combined with elements of 80s decoration in the furniture (lacquered black chairs and sofas with fabric upholstery), with neoclassical style table lamps and brightly colored heavy curtains. Although seemingly contrasting and mismatched styles are combined, characteristic of the eclectic style, in this Space the mix and match is done artfully and successfully with careful proportions, with consistency in shapes, colors and textures. The walls are in soft colors that act as a neutral canvas.
For Events & Meetings The "Bar in a Neoclassical Building with Eclectic Decor" with such a dynamic aesthetic that lends itself to additions, readjustment, and renewal of the Space's narrative encourages creativity and originality, making it ideal for artistic and creative events.
Precisely because of the character of the Space that transports you mentally to another era, it is also ideal for organising themed parties (e.g. masquerade with medieval costumes) or corporate and social events of high prestige as it is an aesthetic environment that reminds you of an art gallery.
We offer the traditional morning coffee brewed on the embers, we have a wide variety of teas and herbs, chocolate drinks, several wine labels, an impressively wide selection of beers from many countries (40 types of draft beer and 50 in bottles) and a variety of cocktails.
🍽️ For our menu we always select fresh local products and offer delicious dishes all day long, such as appetizers, stews and snacks, at affordable prices.
The Space has photorhythmic lights, DJ equipment and a live stage to serve the needs of the music group that will be hosted. If you don't have the right network of contacts in the field of music events or the time, we are especially known for our live music and music party events (under the sounds of funky, soul and jazz). Therefore, we could bring for your event a music band (always upon request and communication - for an additional fee).
Finally, the Space is divided into 4 rooms / sub-spaces (available for booking as a Sub Space) which communicate with each other, creating, with ergonomics in mind, the conditions for the existence of quiet discussion centres - a break from the main event area (when the request to book conccerns the Whole Space).

For Productions The "Bar in a Neoclassical Building with Eclectic Decor" is used on a permanent basis as a content creation location. Activities of this type that have been planned include fashion shoots and music video clips.
