The “Industrial Funky Bar in a Preserved Building” is not yet another common preserved building in the city centre because its aesthetic coherence amazes you while it manages to turn the preparation of coffee into a form of art. The Space deservedly represents the "Third Wave" of coffee; it was one of the first cafes / bars in the city that "introduced" the public of Thessaloniki to this movement and the special ritual that follows the enjoyment of coffee, such as the search for the origin of the finest coffee beans, the degree of coffee roasting, and the experimentation with different ways of extracting and preparing it. The unprecedented flavors we offer you in the field of cocktails, our expert staff and our open laboratory sum up our dedication and our pursuit to offer you an unforgettable culinary experience.
Design and Practicality
The aesthetics of the "Industrial Funky Bar in a Preserved Building" preserves the rustic character of the preservable with the embossed stone walls and the abstract patterns they create, and marries it with the industrial style where wood and metal, earthy and neutral colors work together to bring out beauty through imperfection. It achieves the balance between utilitarian decoration and embossed materials. Its lines are both horizontal (which gives perspective to the space) and curved which gives a more organic, playful feeling. It features two opposing faced bars that each one has a different use / role and occupy their own vital space, raising the bar of speedily service. On the one side, the drinks preparation bar is large and prominent, while on the other, the bar dedicated to coffee tasting is fully equipped and configured as a laboratory. The furniture is light and comfortable, and the lighting flexible and versatile depending on the occasion, while thanks to the decorative hanging shoots, atmospheric light shades are being created.
For Events & Meetings The "Industrial Funky Bar in a Preserved Building" is suitable for organising mainly parties (birthday parties, cocktail parties, graduation parties, anniversaries) but can also host specific events of special occasions (wedding receptions, graduations, award ceremonies) and specific corporate events (corporate parties, experiential marketing events / brand activation). It is also offered for professional gatherings and seminars.
In addition to the large bar that allows for the speedily service of drinks and cocktails, we have a separate laboratory (invisible to the public - located in the inaccessible floor of the Space) with advanced equipment that we use to ensure the fine quality of our drinks. Our goal is the continuous evolution of not only our services but also of our products starting from their very taste which is born through the study and excellence of their production process. Evidence pointing to our commitment of having the highest quality services is the fact that we offer our own training classes/seminars with the aim of promoting new professional bartenders who "graduate" not only as experts but also as... gifted craftsmen since an integral part of the training process is focused on the well-known "Flair Bartending" - the mastery of movements that (must) govern the professional bartender.
Our highly trained and qualified staff reserves, therefore, an impressive show for all of your guests who will have the opportunity to witness the “ritual” that accompanies the preparation of their fine drinks.

1. You can Bring Your Own DJ (we can provide the music equipment) and in this Space we allow Greek music tracks to be heard
2. If you wish, we can bring in a DJ at no extra cost for the afternoon and evening hours. For organising a morning session with our own DJ, an additional charge of +€70 will be incurred
